TERMS OF WEBSITE USE

This section (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms of use on which you may make use of our website http://miview.Moores.co.uk (our site), whether as a guest or a registered user. Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the site. By using our site, and or registering to access restricted content you indicate acceptance of these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you will not be allowed to access restricted content.

ACCESSING OUR SITE
Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.

INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU
We may collect and process the following data about you:

	- Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site . This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our service, posting material, requesting further services or purchasing products. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our site.

We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers, but we may provide them with aggregate information about our users (for example, we may inform them that 500 men aged under 30 have clicked on their advertisement on any given day). We may also use such aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target (for example, women in SW1). We may make use of the personal data we have collected from you to enable us to comply with our advertisers' wishes by displaying their advertisement to that target audience.

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We may disclose your personal information to any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 736 of the UK Companies Act 1985.
